HYROX is the ultimate fitness race designed for every body. It combines functional fitness with endurance training, offering a unique challenge for athletes of all levels. Each HYROX event consists of 8 functional fitness workoutspaired with 1-kilometer runs between each station, testing your strength, stamina, and mental toughness.
