* During our intro classes, we will introduce you to CrossFit, explain our methodology, do an introductory workout and explain the procedures for joining our facility. We invite anybody that has interest in taking their fitness to another level or simply wants to make a change in their current workout regimen or lifestyle. CrossFit is truly a life-changing experience, and we want to ensure that everybody leaves with a great first impression.

What is a Fundamentals class?
The variety of movements and eventual intensity in some CrossFit workouts require appropriate coaching and exposure for safety and efficacy. The Fundamentals Workshop is designed to take athletes through the basics of CrossFit exercises and prepare them for moving into group classes with a firm understanding of the movements and the necessary substitutions to meet their specific needs. In the session, you will be taught several movements, develop skill, and perform a WOD (Workout of the Day).

Testing out of fundamentals
If you've already been a CrossFitter in another gym or are confident in your abilities, we give you the option to sign up for a membership and test out of Fundamentals. To test out or for more information, please contact us at pam@collegehillcrossfit.com.
