College Hill CrossFit (CHC) is much more than a group of strangers looking to get fit. It is a community offering support and inspiration to achieve the highest levels of fitness that you desire. Friendship, support, challenges and inspiration will be on display daily from the trainers and athletes. At CHC, fitness is part of an everyday healthy lifestyle. This is not just a stop off before or after work. People who train here enjoy challenging themselves and being challenged by others. Most of all, they love training with people who have the same mindset; believing that motivation is temporary and inspiration lasts forever.
Our coaches constantly strive to offer the greatest training to our athletes, forever expanding their knowledge base and expertise. We continue to be students of those who can teach us new concepts or methods. However, our promise is to only incorporate that which is beneficial to our bodies and overall health. Common sense guides our practice.

60 minute classes that incorporate high intensity interval training and a variety of movements including complex gymnastics and weightlifting.
Burn is a 45 minute high-intensity cardio class. We use a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, step boxes, bikes, rowers, and more! NO barbells are used in this class. Burn is for everyone. Each class guarantees a 30 minute workout.

Pre-requisite – Member Consultation – Fundamentals Program: Fundamentals program must be completed prior to joining CrossFit classes
All member plans are month to month at College Hill and can be terminated any time with a 14 day notification

Must be age 18 years or older to enroll. Children age 14 to 17 years may be enrolled in memberships, with parent/guardian advance written consent. All membership types are non-transferable, non-assignable, and non sale-able.
Prepaid Membership and Sessions Agreements: Not subject to any hold options.
Cancellations Month-to-Month Membership: without penalty with fourteen (14) days advance written notice
Prepaid Membership and Session(s) Membership: Not subject to any early termination options with exception of death or disability.
