Crawford Miller began his CrossFit career in 2010 at CrossFit Greensboro and he has been coaching since 2011. He got his start coaching at College Hill upon its opening, with Pam and Tracy, during the time that he was completing his Masters in Communication Studies at UNCG. Crawford was a member of the CHC Mid-Atlantic Regionals in 2013. He is CrossFit L1 and USAW L1 certified and has developed a broad skill set coaching over the past five years.
In August 2013, Crawford moved to Denver to pursue an opportunity to potentially open a CrossFit box of his own. While in Denver, he worked at York Street CrossFit and served as their head coach.
During his time away, Crawford played rugby at the highest national level with the Glendale Raptors in the Pacific Rugby Premiership competition. In his 3 years with the club, he quickly moved up to their Premier side and appeared in 3 consecutive championships - winning in both 2015 and 2016.
Crawford is very excited to return to College Hill with the experience he has gained; to apply those experiences to helping the CHC community continue to grow, flourish, and achieve new successes; to see all the familiar faces; and meeting the many new members of CHC.
