Caroline began her athletic career at a young age showing American Quarter Horses and participating in basketball, volleyball, softball, swimming, and cross country. As she progressed into high school, Caroline decided to concentrate on cross county and showing horses. After she graduated high school in 2012, Caroline began CrossFit. She would drive one hour to ride her horse then go to a CrossFit in Tennessee where she fell in love with this sport. While in Auburn, AL receiving her B.S. and M.S., Caroline coached CrossFit 101, CrossFit Kids, regular CrossFit classes, as well as training a high school volleyball team. After moving to Greensboro summer of 2017, Caroline found College Hill CrossFit and knew she wanted to make this her new “home.” She is passionate about exercise and how it affects the brain and says “People of all ages walk in to our doors scared and anxious. My job is to make sure they know they CAN do CrossFit. The smiles they have leaving the gym after the first workout is one of the many reasons why I love coaching.”
