We often fixate on things that are outside of our control like getting mad at someone that might cut us off in traffic or gossip that might be floating around about us. We have no control over how someone else drives or what they say. What we do have control over is how we react and whether we will hold onto these things and let them affect how we operate in the world. Control what you can and let go what you can’t. In doing so you will find that your life will start to fill more with joy and happiness.
