“The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today.” – Franklin D. Roosevelt

We often dwell too much on what hasn’t happened yet and it limits our ability to be present and focused on doing the best we can in the moment. As Seneca put it, “we suffer more in imagination than in reality.” This can be a destructive way to navigate what we face.

Instead, we must turn our focus to what is in front of us in the moment and make the best of any situation and do the best we can. Do this and we will find that our tomorrow’s will take care of themselves.
